A fantastic aerial view of our station at Maam Cross showing ongoing work to restore a section of railway in the magnificent scenery of Connemara! This stunning railway journey from Galway to Clifden was possible from 1895 to 1935 – thankfully it is still possible to recreate a snapshot of what it would have been like. We urgently need more funds to continue our labour of love to bring it back. Our volunteers will be on site working on Tuesday December 28 – working off the Christmas Pud! Please help us with a donation.
